Wood - nature's energy store
Wood is a ‘biomass’ fuel - it absorbs CO₂ from the atmosphere when it is growing, and returns it when it decomposes or is burned. Since wood releases the same amount of carbon that it absorbed whilst growing it is carbon neutral
Wood used as fuel can be constantly replaced through new planting - it is totally renewable
So by using wood instead of burning fossil fuels you can reduce your carbon footprint - using locally sourced wood to minimise travel miles is even better !
Choose from woodburning stoves for a cosy living room or, for a clean, green and cost effective alternative to an oil or gas boiler, select from our range of boilers that run on logs, wood chip or wood pellets
